I believe:
> Effective leaders cultivate sustainable, agile organizations by taking time to genuinely understand themselves and the folks they serve and build a culture of connection.
> Enthusiastic contribution and break-through solutions to tough problems only happen when people find meaning and enjoyment in their work.
I’ve had the joy of working with diverse leaders around the world to help them discover new perspectives, create impact, and lead with purpose. I’m inclusive, unpretentious and conversational. As Einstein said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”
I’d be honored to collaborate with you to:
– Develop your leaders
– Foster a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable culture
– Support the rise of women leaders in your organization
Another word about women leaders…
Now more than ever, organizations are recognizing the hard work and valuable perspectives women bring to the table and are succeeding because of it. Research finds diversity in leadership is good for business. A Deloitte study suggests companies with an inclusive culture are six times more likely to be innovative.
So, what are you doing to cultivate women leaders in your organization?

I must have done something dreadful in a former life. How else is it that I’ve ended up in so many “training sessions,” “facilitated meetings,” and “team-building activities” through the years? They’ve ranged from dreadful to surreal-ly dreadful, each more horrid than the last. Unlike Dante, though, my journey through the circles of mediocre trainers seemed destined to never end.
Until I met Cynthia, that is.
I spent several days with her in a group setting – she moved skillfully from instructor to facilitator to coach, and provided me (and others in the group) with useful information and insights that still come in handy today. She can “read a room” like no one else I know, and adapts accordingly to keep the energy level high. Rather than simply ‘reciting’ the work of others, Cynthia takes the best-of-the-best, and delivers a customized solution that will transform your team or business.
She is the best – take it from one who knows!
According to Harvard, “most executive education programs… seriously underplay important relational, communication, and affective skills needed to lead coherent, proactive collaboration.”
Know-how in classic MBA areas like financial analysis doesn’t cultivate the real-deal leadership skills to build alignment, knit together diverse teams, and grow others in these unprecedented times.
I’d love to support authentic leadership development within your organization in a personalized and contextualized way. I have several highly regarded tools and credentials in my bag to help with your leadership and cultural aspirations including an MS in Instructional Design to make sure whatever we come up with fits you to a tee.
